I feel guilty after i eating

I’m 15. 5’3” and 100 -105 lbs. I just recovered from anorexia about months ago. I eat way healthier. I don’t eat much junk food. I always stick with healthy food. I don’t allow myself to have more than 1800 a day. I do exercise everyday ( 90 – 150 a day). I feel like i’m lack of food because i think about it all the time. I even plan for what i’m gonna eat the next day. Once a week, i let myself have around 2500 calories but it always makes me feel guilty after eating. I even don’t dare to step on the scale. Is that 2500 cals considered a binge? Will i gain weight from it? It’s like i’m not fully recovered and i’m trying to hard to not thinking about weight. I just want to eat like my friends who never care about what they eat and surely they eat more than me. How many calories should a girl like me have each day. what should i do?

Actually the 2,200 calories per day is normal for most teenage girls, active women and sedentary men. Being a 15 year old girl, you are under six days a week then slightly over on one. The one day you are over is not going to put weight on you are any alarming levels and it is not Binge Eating either. Try being consistent for the whole week at 2,200, no highs or lows. Mix up the diet by variations in what you eat not how much you eat.

Also distract yourself while you eat. Try reading a book while having your meal – not a book about eating or any romance novels. Try your school books first, read chapters ahead. If you mind is active in another area, your subconscious is less likely view the food as an enemy and you will improve your grades at the same time. It is a win win situation.
